Collective Bargaining/Freedom of Association
Cushman and Wakefield and its facility services business, C&W Services, respect
and observe the protected rights of their employees to organize and join labor
organizations for the purposes of collective bargaining. The companies also
respect the rights of employees who chose to refrain from doing so. Both
Cushman and Wakefield and C&W Services have numerous collective bargaining
relationships with various labor organizations. In locations where employees have
chosen to be represented and engage in collective bargaining, labor
management relationships are conducted fairly and respectfully, taking into
account the requirements of the business operation, the objectives of the labor
organization, and the needs of the employees. Cushman and Wakefield and C&W
Services endeavor to treat their employees with dignity and respect. Where the
actions and interests of a labor organization are inconsistent with those of the
company, such differences and disputes are resolved through negotiated
grievance and resolution procedures.
